Bountiful Baskets

This is my third basket from Bountiful Baskets.  I opted to pay a little extra for the organic box.  I likey: spinach, red leaf lettuce, bok choy, green grapes, gala apples, plums, avocado, bananas, mini sweet peppers, watermelon, and cauliflower.

Some of the fruit drying after its bath (the kiwis & peaches came from the grocery store).

Fresh spinach.  I've never seen the whole plant before, roots and all.

I had to ask my smart friends on Facebook "what is this?"  (It's bok choy).
