My Honey called this morning to explain that in Valdez they don't color or dye their Easter eggs. They simply lay them in the snow and try to find them =]

Surprise!
Around midnight my son, his girlfriend and their puppy Lilly arrived at my house =D
Lilly is a 9-week old GSD.

My favorite son, James.
One of these things is not like the other...
Cierra and Lilly.
Cierra, James, Gennette with Lilly, and our foster dog Charge.
James and Gennette. I was this age when I married James' father. I look at this and think "Gah!". Fortunately, he's wiser than his parents and is going to college in the Fall.
James and Me.
I have no explanation.
The girls: Gennette, Lilly and Me.
Again, I have no explanation.

Thank You Easter Bunny

We had a surprise from the Easter Bunny today. A thoughtful gift for which I am humbled and grateful.
I also wanted the Easter Bunny to know that I spent the afternoon obsessing over what to do with the whole fresh pineapple.
After browsing many cooking sites, I decided to grill it -- yum!
