Sunset in Monte Vista, CO.

Dusk in Monte Vista, CO. This is the view from my hotel room.

Beautiful views, along US-160 West.

Beautiful views, along US-160 West.

The row of power line poles was intentionally slanted. I'm not sure why.

Stopping to enjoy the scenery.

Train tracks along CO-149 North.

Scenery along CO-149 North.

Views from Mineral County Memorial Airport, Creede, CO.

Wildflowers at the airport:

N20AT's backside.

Inside N20AT.

My pretty girl.

My pilot, Jennifer, coming in for fuel.

Random airplane. Most of the day it was very quiet at the airport.

Can you see my helicopter?

Working with Colorado's Division of Wildlife.

Aero Tech's N20AT.

Dinner in Pagosa Springs.

I *heart* tunnels. Traveling to Pagosa Springs along US-160 West. The drive through Wolf Creek Pass in the Rio Grande National Forest was fun. I was too busy driving to take pictures, but the scenery was very pretty.

Oooh I so heart Pagosa Springs! There's an outdoor gear store called Switchback Mountain Gear & Apparel that's super neat (small but cool). Oh and Pagosa Springs Brewing Co. restaurant and grill is yummy!
