Aloha Family

Thanks to the internet... I've reconnected with my family in Hawaii... my mom is one of five siblings: Marie (my mom), Donna, Gwen, Bill, and Stephen.

My Uncle Stephen has located information about his family using ancestry.com, he has interesting stories to share.

He has also been kind enough to scan some family photos and email them to me.

Uncle Stephen (my mom's brother), Aunt Yuko, and my cousins Eve and Daisy.

I think this is my Grandma Helen (stripped shirt) with Gwen (the youngest), Donna and Marie (my mom).

Congratulations Glenn & Claudia

My step-son, Glenn married his love Claudia.

The happy couple.

Ahhh... tears... so sweet.

Glenn and Alexa's mom, Kristen. She's so sweet, I love her (truly). Alexa (in the foreground) is my step-daughter, so grown up and beautiful.

Hiking, Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area, Cave Creek, AZ

I went hiking with Mr. Bosseh-Pants at Cave Creek's Spur Cross Conservation Area today.

Cierra stayed home but I should have brought her, we crossed the creek several times, and passed two water springs.

We basically hiked the big loop you see on the map, about seven miles. I've hiked a lot of Spur Cross but not this far North.

It was beautiful with wildflowers everywhere. I'd like to do this hike again soon.

Normally I walk through the water because I'm a wild child like that. This may have been the only exception. I could title this photo "speak softly and carry a big stick". My mom made the walking stick, thanks Mom.

This is where I sat and had lunch.

A fluttery reminder of Dayle.
