Cierra, watching a bird on the roof.
My pretty girl.
Melissa, plotting her next escape. She has left the yard 2,117 times in the past two days.
Melissa.
Melissa and her too-big dog tag, this one is temporary.
A bird on the neighbors bushes.
Since she let me photograph her, I took a few photos.
One last close-up in the morning sun and she flew away.
Ironically, when I stepped inside to put my camera away, a song titled "All I Want" by Mojave 3 was playing these lyrics "There´s a bird outside my window / singing me a song / he plays for free all morning / but the melody seems wrong".
