We drove to Scottsdale Stadium today to watch the Desert Dog Police K-9 Trials.
First we stopped by the Southwest German Shepherd Rescue booth to say "Hi" to Steff. We adopted Cierra four years ago.
A beautiful day.
We found a shady place to sit.

Getting in position. The dummy leaning on the police car falls down and the fun begins.
Through the police car to bite the bad guy.
Hold the bad guy while he walks.
Ignore the threat of a gun.
The next bad guy waits for the dog.
"I know you're in there".
Bite the bad guy.
Another bad guy waits his turn for the bite. The red smiley man makes me laugh.
Ready for the bite.
Fun's over, the handler is calling his dog off.
We had just as much fun people watching.

He wasn't sure what to do here, a little guidance from his handler.

Steff (our rescue coordinator) gave us a gift on our way out, thank you Steff.
