Thank You Easter Bunny

We had a surprise from the Easter Bunny today. A thoughtful gift for which I am humbled and grateful.

I also wanted the Easter Bunny to know that I spent the afternoon obsessing over what to do with the whole fresh pineapple.

After browsing many cooking sites, I decided to grill it -- yum!
